Fees

Fixed fees; No hidden extras our charges for work carried out are based on the Sale or Purchase price of the property not by the hour. We do not charge extra for acting for the Mortgagee.

Quotations

Written quotations are sent out within 24 hours of the enquiry being made. We also have an On-line quotation system which allows you to obtain a quote and instruct on-line at a click of a mouse.

All our Conveyancing Fee Earners are fully qualified each have their own assistants so there is always someone on hand to take your calls.

Estate Agents

We have a good relationship with the Estate Agents and Brokers we liaise with them throughout the transaction. All invoices are paid on the day of completion.
